I have painted your legs with Country Gray by Annie Sloan Chalk Paint.
Rubbed you until you are soft and smooth with the clear wax.
Your bare top with the natural wood really makes the edges stand out.

Taking your place in my foyer.
Will it make you more complete?
What do you suggest?

She is not perfect.She has a few flaws.
I would really like to hear.
This is a difficult decision! I love the legs they look very nice as for the top I just don't know! It would depend I suppose on the colors of your entryway if that's where you are going to use it.
ReplyDeleteSome sort of blue came to my mind, actually cobalt but that may be too much for your taste.

I would give the top a wash of Country Grey. OR a wash of Aubusson Blue. Apply the paint over part of the tip, then get a spinge and wipe it over so it's translucent then wax it.
